People on the Move: Dr. Andrew Bowman

Dr. Andrew Bowman recently completed his PhD and joined the faculty at The Ohio State University as Assistant Professor in the Department of Veterinary Preventive Medicine. His dissertation topic was "Active influenza A virus surveillance in swine at agricultural fairs." With a 50% research/50% teaching appointment, he will provide expertise in the areas of veterinary preventive medicine, veterinary public health, influenza A virus, swine health and production, veterinary epidemiology, and applied field research.
