Murphy-Brown LLC, a leader within pork production, has an immediate opening for a veterinarian for operations in Iowa, Illinois and Missouri. This position will have shared veterinary leadership for 150,000 sows, farrowing through finishing. Three years of experience and advanced degree preferred. Must be willing to work in a team environment of veterinarians, production personnel, and production support personnel, and be able to effectively communicate across a broad range of employees and growers. Must be a systems-oriented thinker with strong problem-solving skills. This position will be located in Ames, Iowa, and report to the Director of Production Improvement, Dr. Chris Rademacher.
