Animal and Public Health Symposium Seeks Presenters

Have you worked on a project or developed resources related to animal or public health this year? Would you like to share it with an avid audience? Presenters wanted for the 7th Annual Applied Animal and Public Health Research and Extension Symposium. This event is sponsored by the American Association of Extension Veterinarians and will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2011 from 3:00 - 6:00pm in Buffalo, NY (coincides with the US Animal Health Association Annual Meeting).

Presenters will be given 15 minutes to summarize a project that highlights animal or public health topic applicable to an audience of extension veterinarians and animal health regulators. There will be 5 minutes allowed for Q&A.

Even though there is no funding available for presenters, don't let that stop you from sending in an abstract to the moderators! Please submit them by July 15, 2011. You are not required to register for USAHA if you are only attending/presenting at this session. If you want to attend USAHA, we welcome it as it is a great meeting. However, registration for that is completely separate. Details below. Let us know if you have questions!
