7th Annual Safepork Meeting to be held in Verona, Italy

The organizing committee has announced that the 7th International Symposium on the epidemiology and control of foodborne pathogens in pork will be held May 9 - 11, 2007 in Verona, Italy.

The goal of the symposium is to bring together researchers in the fields of epidemiology, diagnostics, post-harvest control, public health, as well as risk assessment, management and communication, to present and discuss the most updated scientific matters and policy strategies.

Final papers must be submitted by February 9th, 2007. Early registration is available through March 9, 2007. Registration and program information is available at the symposium website.
