The AASV Foundation 2017 Auction Catalog was mailed out this week to all U.S. members. The booklet details nearly 60 got-to-have thing-a-mabobs and whatyamacallits that no self-respecting swine veterinarian can do without. There is truly an incredible variety of items up for bid this year. Everything from artwork, jewelry and scarves, trips and tickets to bacon, baskets, booklets, and Yeti coolers! Not to mention more than a few pig-themed items and ever-popular electronics gadgets and gizmos. Where else will you find a selection like that? Something for everyone! The REALLY great news is that EVERYONE can bid on the silent auction items, starting right now, using the foundation's ClickBid auction site at https://aasvf.cbo.io. So what are you waiting for? Click the link, register for your bidding number, check out the items up for bid, and start bidding!

We hope everyone will take the time out of their busy schedule (and the wallet out of their pocket) to attend and participate in the auction on Monday night, February 27 in Denver. ClickBid will close the Silent Auction electronically at 7:00 PM MST (sharp!). The good old-fashioned Live Auction will follow the AASV Awards Reception. The auction is the key fundraising activity for YOUR AASV Foundation, and a good turnout and lively bidding is essential for success!

We offer sincere appreciation to the many generous auction donors who have provided the auction items, enabling the auction proceeds to support the many foundation programs including veterinary student scholarships and travel stipends, research grants, SMEC tuition grants, Heritage videos, and much more!
