People on the Move: Dr. Steve Tousignant

Dr. Steve Tousignant has recently joined the Boehringer Ingelheim Professional Veterinary Services team. He will be responsible for accounts in the upper Midwest including Minnesota and the Dakotas. Dr. Tousignant is a graduate of the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. After graduation he enrolled in the graduate program at UMN, and earned a PhD in Veterinary Population Medicine and Epidemiology in 2015. He was most recently employed by the Swine Vet Center in St. Peter, Minnesota since 2013, where he was an associate veterinarian responsible for clients in Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, and South Dakota, and also helped coordinate research activities in four contract wean to finish research barns.
