VFD Forms Available for Download

AASV has received a number of requests to provide access to Veterinary Feed Directive forms for use by our veterinary members. In response to these requests, we are publishing links to forms provided by drug manufacturers. The links can be found on the AASV VFD web page and will be updated when additional forms are provided by the manufacturers. Thanks to those companies that have provided links so far and any additional links to drug-specific VFD forms can be submitted to Snelson@aasv.org for publication.
