Obituary

It is with sadness that we learned of the passing of Mr. John “Jack” Rodibaugh, the father of Dr. Max Rodibaugh, on Sunday September 18, 2016 at the age of 91. Jack had a life-long passion for breeding, showing and selling pigs. Following graduation from Purdue, Jack had an opportunity to partner with Bob Parkison in Rensselaer to farm and raise purebred Chester White hogs. Jack’s vision, leadership and hard work resulted in expansion of the swine breeding business to 4 different pure breeds and the idea to utilize crossbreeding. He is survived by his wife Emily, 7 children, 28 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren. A complete obituary is available at http://www.jacksonfuneral.com. See below for memorial and service information.
