BIOMIN is a fast growing company that emphasizes innovation and efficiency in production and marketing. To secure our growth in the years ahead, we are currently looking to fill a position for a Swine Technical Manager in the US:

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support as Swine Specialist for the US

• Develop strong relationships with current & prospective customers, including key opinion leaders such as consultants and academic researchers

• Identify key industry issues & develop strategies & services to troubleshoot them using Biomin solutions

• Design & manage experiments, analyze data & communicate results to internal/ external collaborators

• Present research data in scientific conferences, publish in peer reviewed scientific journals & industry publications

• Train sales personnel as well as distributor & customer teams on technical aspects of Biomin solutions

• Gather market intelligence to support Biomin‘s regional and global business

• Coordinate the communication process with Biomin’s global technical network of professionals

Requirements

• DVM or MS or higher degree in poultry nutrition, animal science, or related fields

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, Spanish a plus

• Solution oriented team player with ability to deliver results based on good work ethics

• Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals

• Exceptional presentation skills with advanced working knowledge in Microsoft Office

• “Hands-on” personality with excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen

• Strong self-motivation and adaptability to changing market conditions and corporate objectives.

• Organizational, analytical, and time management skills
