It has come to our attention that some AASV members and exhibitors are being contacted by companies purporting to be handling lodging reservations at the Buena Vista Palace for the 2015 AASV Annual Meeting (Feb 28 - Mar 3). Please note, AASV does NOT contract with ANY third party to reserve lodging, and the Buena Vista Palace does NOT contact AASV members or exhibitors to initiate lodging arrangements. We strongly encourage all meeting attendees to call the Buena Vista Palace Hotel & Spa directly to make lodging reservations for the meeting. The AASV room block is now open, and resort-view rooms are available for $159 per night, plus tax. The toll-free reservations number is 866-397-6516.
