AASV Meeting Program "Our Oath in Practice" Now Online

Under the direction of president-elect and program chair Dr. Michelle Sprague, the AASV Program Committee focused on the theme "Our Oath in Practice" to assemble the presentations for the 2014 AASV Annual Meeting to be held in Dallas, Texas, March 1-4. The program is now online at aasv.org/annmtg.

Dr. Daryl Olsen will present the Howard Dunne Memorial Lecture, entitled "The pig always wins," during the general session on Monday, March 3. The Alex Hogg Memorial Lecture, titled "The PED challenge: Application of our veterinary oath to represent the interest of the pig," will be given by Dr. Mark Engle.

The Sheraton Dallas Hotel serves as the meeting location. The AASV room block at the Sheraton is open and attendees are encouraged to reserve lodging rooms as soon as possible; details are online at aasv.org/annmtg/2014/lodging.htm. Registration for the conference itself will open in late December.
