People on the Move: Dr. Mitch Christensen

Dr. Mitch Christensen has joined Norsvin USA in the position of Director of Veterinary Services. His responsibilities will encompass all facets of managing health and biosecurity strategies, technical support and improving genetic performance. A graduate of Iowa State University, Dr. Christensen most recently served as Director of Veterinary Services for AgFeed USA in Ames, Iowa where he was responsible for the herd health and biosecurity programs for a 30,000 sow production system and 1.2 million market hogs annually. Prior to filling that position, Dr. Christensen spent time as an Associate Veterinarian at Orange City Veterinary Clinic and with the Suidae Health & Production group.
