Register Now for AASV Webinar on Group Sow Housing June 27
June 20, 2012 — AASV Staff
Some pork producers and production companies have decided to transition gestating sows from stalled housing to group housing, for a variety of reasons. Help producers who have decided to transition to group sow housing do it well. An upcoming AASV Webinar will address the ins and outs of making the transition to group housing. Members and producers who already have group systems in place will share how the transition changed their day-to-day management of sows, and the specific items they feel are the keys to success. Webinar attendees will interact with the speakers and each other during the Q&A chat after the presentations. The 2-hour Webinar will take place Wednesday, June 27, from 3:00 to 5:00 pm CDT. Registration (limited to AASV members) is required and is available at http://www.aasv.org/webinar/.
