AASV Meeting Attendees: Beware of Lodging Offers

AASV has received word that some potential AASV meeting attendees have been approached over the phone by Convention Housing Services in Henderson, Nevada, offering to make lodging reservations for the AASV Annual Meeting in Phoenix this March. Please note, Convention Housing Services is NOT engaged by or connected to the AASV or the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort. We do not know anything about Convention Housing Services, and we do NOT recommend making reservations through them.

To make lodging reservations for the AASV Annual Meeting, contact the Pointe Hilton directly and request the AASV room block. The rate is $239 per night for a King Single or Queen Double Suite (the Pointe Hilton is an all-suite property). The AASV room block is filling, so make your reservations soon if you are planning on attending the meeting.
