2010 International Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Symposium

The 2010 International PRRS Symposium will be held Friday December 3, 2010 to Saturday December 4, 2010 at the downtown Marriott in Chicago. The symposium will precede the Conference of Researcher Workers in Animal Diseases (CRWAD).
The topics for this year's program include epidemiology, heterogeneity and evolution of PRRSV, virus-host interaction and pathogenesis, structural and functional relationship of PRRSV genes, vaccine and immunity against PRRSV. This year's keynote speakers include Dr. Ralph Baric from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Dr. Eric Snijder from the Leiden University in The Netherlands
There is no cost for registration and lunch will be provided on Saturday. Deadline for abstract submissions is August 25, 2010. Online registration and abstract submission will open soon at the Symposium website; those requiring visas are encouraged to register as early as possible so visa letters can be processed.
