MN-VDL PRRS ORF 5 Cut Pattern Update

Dr. Kurt Rossow has provided an updated PRRS ORF 5 cut pattern database from the University of Minnesota Veterinary Diagnostic Lab. AASV members can view the database on the AASV PRRS Task Force webpage. This information may be useful for veterinarians trying to determine the origin of emerging PRRS virus variants in client herds.
