Swine Handling and Transport Forum -- June 2nd

The National Pork Board's Pork Checkoff is sponsoring an educational forum to provide pork producers, swine handlers and transporters with current information about the handling, transportation and marketing of pigs.
The one-day forum will be held June 2nd at the Des Moines Marriott Downtown and will focus on:
- The importance of stockmanship,
- Animal welfare expectations throughout the pork supply chain, and
- Ways to prevent transportation losses.
