2008 International PRRS Symposium

The 2008 International PRRS Symposium: "PRRSV Reverse Genetics: From the Laboratory to the Field" will be held Friday December 5, 2008 to Saturday December 6, 2008 at the downtown Marriott in Chicago. The symposium will precede the Conference of Researcher Workers in Animal Diseases (CRWAD).

This year's program will feature internationally renowned keynote speakers, highlighting the usage of reverse genetics in understanding Virus-Host Interaction and Pathogenesis, Structure and Function, and Vaccine and Immunity, as well as emerging areas of PRRSV research in Epidemiology and Evolution.

There is no cost for registration and lunch will be provided on Saturday. Deadline for abstract submissions is August 25, 2008. Online registration is now open at the Symposium website. Those requiring visas are encouraged to register as early as possible so visa letters can be processed. The registration deadline is November 10, 2008.
