Fishing in Minnesota ? it Could be Yours!!

Dr. Rod Johnson and his wife Jean have donated a three night, two day fishing trip to Alexandria, MN for auction during the 2008 AASV Foundation Auction. The fundraiser will be held at the AASV Annual Meeting in San Diego, CA on March 10th.

Imagine you and three of your best fishing buddies spending the night in a beautiful log home by one of Minnesota's fabulous 10,000 lakes. Waking up early in the morning to a homemade breakfast followed by a full day of professionally-guided Walleye fishing with all the equipment provided! You spend the day out on the lake in a fully-equipped Ranger boat only to return home that evening to a wonderful meal skillfully prepared by your private chef Jean Johnson. Could it get any better than that? Actually, yes because you get to repeat it again the next day!

What could possibly make this any better? How about using your own brand new G Loomis Travel Rod and Shimano Stradic Reel! This beautiful high quality three-piece travel rod and reel combination can fit in your suitcase for the trip to Minnesota. Donated by the AVMA-PLIT, this outfit is guaranteed to increase your fishing enjoyment. So, stop the lies and fish stories and bring home the real thing by bidding on this fabulous outfit.

Have you got a big blank space on your wall where the singing fish used to hang and your spouse is demanding that you replace it with some quality art? Have we got a deal for you! The Johnson's have also graciously donated a beautiful Marvin Espe print entitled "Pigs and Kids" that would go perfectly with any décor. The framed print is of two small children enjoying the company of three young pigs. It takes us all back to those days down on the farm.

These are just a few examples of some of the items available for bidding during the 2008 AASVF Auction. The Foundation's goal is to raise $50,000 during the annual auction and they need your help.
