NPB Names Marketing VP

The National Pork Board has announced the hiring of Joy Johnson as the Vice President of Marketing. Her responsibilities will be focused on the domestic marketing area with the foreign market development responsibilities transitioning to the CEO, Steve Murphy.
Joy is located in West Des Moines and she and her husband Jeff have three children. She has 17 years of marketing experience including some agricultural background with companies like Broadcast Partners and AgWeb. Her latest assignment was VP of Market Strategy for Osborn and Barr, one of agriculture's largest marketing agencies, and the head of their Des Moines office.
