AASV Research Topics abstracts due August 15

The AASV is currently accepting abstracts for the Research Topics session, to be held during the 2007 AASV Annual Meeting in Orlando, Florida. The session, scheduled for Sunday, March 4, from 1:00 - 5:00 pm, highlights research projects related to swine health and production (virology, bacteriology, parasitology, environment, food safety, odor, welfare, etc). To be considered for presentation, abstracts must be received by Tuesday, August 15. Each abstract selected is allotted a 15-minute time slot for oral presentation.

Those interested in participating should submit a one-page abstract to:

Please include the presenting author's name, mailing address, phone and fax numbers, and e-mail address with each submission. Submissions may be emailed, faxed, or mailed, but no submissions will be accepted after August 15, 2006.

Authors of abstracts selected for presentation will be notified by October 1, and must provide their complete paper for publication in the meeting proceedings by November 15, 2006.
