Effective February 5, Dr. Whitney Lincoln has joined Iowa Select Farms as the new Director of Wean-to-Market--Process Improvement, overseeing their Western Iowa wean-to-market operations while also focusing on developing and implementing production strategies to improve system performance. She was previously employed by Smithfield Foods US Hog Production, where she served as the Director of Continuous Improvement, providing strategy and leadership to production teams overseeing 700K sows and 16M grow-out pigs annually.
