Do You Have Extra Rooms for the AASV Annual Meeting?

Do you have extra rooms for the AASV Annual Meeting that you won't be using? Did you reserve a block that you don't think you'll fill? Please consider releasing those unused rooms back to the hotel.

The Gaylord is currently sold out the nights of Saturday, March 4 and Monday, March 6. It may still be worth a call to see if any rooms have become available for your desired stay. Otherwise, see here for a map of additional area hotels. The Gaylord suggests the Westin Denver International Airport, Wooley's Suites, and the Mariott Denver International Airport for full-service options, but there are also closer, more economical hotels available. AASV does not provide shuttle service between hotels. The Gaylord is about a 15-minute taxi/uber ride from the airport hotels.
