Wellness Wednesday - Emotional Wellbeing Tip: Choose to be kind to yourself. If you engage in harsh inner dialogue, ask yourself if you'd speak to a beloved friend or family member the same way. Use that standard as a guide when you find yourself being less than kind and begin to challenge the negative self-talk. Is that highly critical voice saying things that are actually 100% true?
