Michael E. "Doc Mike" Mull, DVM, 58, of Bellevue, died Sunday, June 12, 2022 at his home.

He was born June 6, 1964 in Wauseon to Richard C. & MaryAnn (Tedrow) Mull. He graduated from Wauseon High School and furthered his education at The Ohio State University, earning his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. While practicing as a large animal vet, Doc Mike had a special interest in swine.

An animal and family man, he enjoyed raising swine; maintaining the woods and watching all the wildlife there; and spending time with his family, especially family vacations. He was devoted to his family and friends, including his work family and client family from York Animal Hospital.

On August 11, 1990 he married Jean M. Murphy Mull, DVM and she survives in Bellevue. Also surviving are their boys Corvin "Cory" Mull and Kaden Mull, both of Bellevue; his parents, Richard & MaryAnn Mull of Wauseon; his siblings: Peggy (Roger Fickle) Dopp and John Mull, all of Wauseon; his friends: Ron (Dawn) Kauffman of Wauseon; Mike (Karen) Schneider of Whitehouse; Dave (Chris) Branstadt of New York; Scott (Donna) Pendleton of Cadiz; Samantha (Josh) Smith of Dearfield; Nikki Murphy of Bellevue; and many extended family and friends. His family is grateful for the support and care given to them from their York Family.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Corvin & Helen Mull and Wave & Julia Tedrow; and his friend, Louie Weber.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date. Auxter Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bellevue is assisting the family with arrangements. To best honor Mike's memory, please spend time with your family (and eat pork!).
