Register Now for Zoetis-OSU Food Animal Medicine Student Symposium
March 9, 2022 —
Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine is happy to announce that we will be hosting the 10th annual Food Animal Medicine Student Symposium after a two-year hiatus due to COVID-19. Please join us April 8-10th to experience this interactive and hands-on event!
The Zoetis-Ohio State Food Animal Medicine Student Symposium (FAMSS) is a weekend-long symposium created by students, for students. Each year we bring speakers from around the nation to teach you more about all of our food-producing species including dairy, beef, swine, small ruminants, fish, and poultry. We also bring you a variety of wetlabs to try your hand at food animal skills! We are also partnering with the North American Intercollegiate Dairy Challenge to host Dairy Challenge Vet - Sponsored by Merck Animal Health.
This is a free event for students, with all your lunches and dinners included--you only need to pay for your travel and lodging! Please use the registration link below to reserve your spot for 2022 FAMSS. Due to COVID, there is limited capacity and spots are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Please refer to our website for the block schedule and information about wetlabs, speakers, Dairy Challenge Vet, and more: https://sites.google.com/site/osufamss/welcome
