People on the Move: Dr. Paulo Arruda

Effective January 3rd, Dr. Paulo Arruda has begun work as Senior Associate Director for Translational Research and Biomarkers (Bacterial Diseases) at Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health USA Inc. He was previously employed as a veterinarian/scientist at VRI-AMVC. Dr. Arruda received his DVM from Pontifica Universidade Catolica in 2008, earned a Master's degree in Preventive Veterinary Medicine from the Iowa State University in 2010, a PhD in Veterinary Pathology and completed his residency program in Anatomic Pathology at Iowa State University in 2014.
