Upcoming PAACO Trainings

Registration is open for two trainings - On-Farm Swine and Meat Plant. Certified auditors may attend trainings for continuing education (CE). There is a daily rate, or a discounted fee if they plan to attend all three days. Training registration is open.

On-Farm Swine Welfare Auditor Training - On-Site

We will be hosting an in-person On-Farm Swine Welfare Auditor Training September 14-15, 2021 in Brookings, South Dakota.

Space is very limited, register quickly if you plan to attend.

Meat Plant Welfare Auditor Training - Virtual

The PAACO Meat Plant Welfare Auditor Training will be held virtually October 11-13, 2021. This 3-day training will follow a similar agenda to that of the in-person training; combining classroom instruction with virtual site visits to a beef, pork, and lamb plant.
