Save the Date: AASV Foundation Golf Outing September 1

Mark your calendar! The popular AASV Foundation Golf Outing is set for Wednesday, September 1 (11:00 AM - 6:00 PM) at Veenker Memorial Golf Course in Ames, Iowa. Boehringer Ingelheim, APC, and Zoetis have already renewed their commitments to sponsor the awards dinner, lunches, and beverages for the event and golf hole sponsors are lining up as well. Last year, 56 golfers on 15 teams enjoyed each other's company as they participated in the games, contests, and giveaways hosted at the golf holes across the course. Registration for the 18-hole "best ball" tournament will open this summer. In the meantime, gather a team and make plans to attend! Funds raised by the event support AASV Foundation programs, including research grants, travel stipends for students attending the AASV annual meeting, swine externship grants, scholarships for veterinarians pursuing board certification in the American College of Animal Welfare, student debt relief scholarships, Heritage videos, and more.
