VFD Final Rule Technical Amendment

FDA CVM published a notice in the Federal Register announcing a change in the Veterinary Feed Directive regulations to revise the current mailing address and to add an email address to allow for electronic submissions for the one-time VFD Distributor Notification.

One-time VFD Distributor Notifications and any required updates to current Distributor Notifications (e.g., ownership, business name, or business address name changes) must now be submitted to the Food and Drug Administration, Center for Veterinary Medicine, Division of Animal Feeds (HFV-220), 12225 Wilkins Ave., Rockville, MD 20852, Fax: 240-453-6882, or email (via attachment) to MedicatedFeedsTeamMail@fda.hhs.gov.
