Annual Meeting Lodging Cut-Off February 7

A few rooms have opened up at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta for the AASV Annual Meeting, so if you haven't reserved your lodging -- or if you were forced to make a reservation elsewhere -- you are encouraged to investigate lodging options by Friday, February 7, when the AASV room block rate expires. Likewise, if you have a room that you don't need, please release it now so that others can take advantage of the opportunity to stay at the conference hotel. Previously, the hotel was sold out of rooms on Monday, March 9, but it appears that cancellations have released a few rooms back into the AASV block.
