School in India Funded by AASV Foundation and Pipestone Veterinary Services in Memory of Bob Morrison, Pam Wetzell, and Deb Spronk Completed

December 4, 2019 — 

During the 2018 AASV Foundation Fundraising Auction in San Diego, the AASV Foundation 2018 Consortium* purchased the "Build a School in India Project," donated by Pipestone Veterinary Services. AASVF and Pipestone Veterinary Services subsequently made a charitable donation to India Evangelical Team (IET) (Compelled) to build a school and bring education to hundreds of India's children in honor of Bob Morrison, Pam Wetzell, and Deb Spronk. The IET is a network of Christian ministries throughout India, Nepal, and Bhutan that enrolls the poorest of children and empowers them with education and literacy. The building of the elementary school has reached completion, and the school is being placed into service, enrolling 400-500 students (K-7th grade). To mark this milestone, Dr. Gordon Spronk and Nicole Paulsen from Pipestone will be visiting the school February 3-9, 2020, and wish to extend an invitation to anyone interested in joining.
