September 18, 2019 — AASV Staff
The Foreign Animal Disease exercise will be held the Sept. 23-26, to test policies, procedures and federal and state response efforts. AASV staff and veterinarians will be participating and observing throughout the country during the exercise. If you'd like to participate, contact your state pork producers association or your state animal health official. If you receive questions from producers, your community, or others, remind them that this is a fictional ASF preparedness exercise. ASF has not been detected in the United States.
