Scam Alert: AASV Lodging

AASV members and exhibitors have recently received phone calls from companies purporting to handle lodging reservations for the 2019 AASV Annual Meeting. AASV does NOT contract with ANY third party to reserve lodging, nor does the hotel contact members or exhibitors to intiate reservations. We strongly encourage all meeting attendees to shun such offers, and to contact the conference hotel directly to make lodging reservations for the meeting.

If you haven't already done so, it's time to reserve lodging for the meeting, as rooms at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace are filling quickly. Single and double resort-view rooms are available for $189 per night, plus tax. The meeting will be held March 9-12 in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Reserve online here or call 407-827-2727.
