This week, I'm highlighting a couple of words of wisdom provided to me by Russ Nugent. I call these Nugent's Nuggets.

• Anyone with outside livestock on any size acreage of land will agree: "There is ALWAYS more fence to fix than you think there is!" [Editor's note: I can relate. I have woken up in the morning to find half the horses mowing the front yard.]
• Once during a performance review years ago, a supervisor told her direct report that he was argumentative. The direct report quickly and aggressively countered that he totally disagreed and he wanted to debate as long as it took to convince her otherwise! [Editor's note: I wasn't aware Russ had a female supervisor.]
• I once had a friend tell me that he could resist everything but temptation. (Stolen from Oscar Wilde)
